For the best engraving results, please email 2-3 images that are:

• High-quality (minimum 800x800 pixels)
  Clear, high-resolution images allow us to capture the most detail in your custom piece.
• Well-lit
  Different lighting options is recommended for black and white pets. 
• Close-up photos (no zoom or cropped images) 

You may include multiple pets on a single pendant. For the clearest engraving, we recommend no more than 3–4 pets per charm. Please note that as more pets are added, each portrait must be scaled down. If you'd like to include more than four pets, we recommend purchasing additional pendants for the best overall result.

Please allow up to 10 business days for production once your images are received by our team. Since each necklace is made just for you, all personalized pieces are final sale.
