All pieces are carefully packaged in a jewelry box and shipped via USPS (unless otherwise requested). Some UPS orders may be delivered by the US Postal Service. While we regularly stock many styles, others need to be pushed into production so please allow 72 hours for order processing & production. This time does not include the shipping time. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. 

*Some personalized pieces can have up to a three week turnaround time, not including shipping.  

For San Diego Local Pickup: You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is at our office located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego (92123). Our hours for pickups are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm. Please let us know at least an hour in advance when you are coming to pick up your order via email or text.
