Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
All items must be in unworn condition with original packaging and purchased within 30 days to be eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@setandstones.com and provide your order number in your request. Sale pieces, customized styles and international orders are excluded and considered Final Sale. See below for Fine Jewelry return policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to Set & Stones. Shipping costs from the order are not eligible for a refund. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of delivery at our studio. Once your refund is initiated, it may take 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method used. Please note that Set & Stones does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our office.
NOTE: All international order are final sale. We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.
FINE JEWELRY (14K SOLID GOLD) RETURN POLICY
All fine jewelry (14k solid gold) purchases are only eligible for store credit and we do not issue refunds. To be eligible for store credit, the item must be unworn and in its original packaging. A return must be initiated within 10 days after delivery and shipped back to our office within 5 days of return approval. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Set & Stones will provide an insured return label upon approval and these shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit. Store credit can be used towards anything on Set & Stones website. If you are local, we offer a drop-off appointment at our San Diego (Kearny Mesa) office. To initiate your return, please email orders@setandstones.com with your order # in the subject line.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue your store credit minus return shipping costs via an e-gift card sent to your email address. Set & Stones does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our office.
We currently do not offer exchanges on fine jewelry purchases. If you'd like to move forward with an "exchange", please reach out to our team to initiate a return for your original item(s). You may then repurchase the item(s) you'd like in a new order using the store credit issued via a gift card.
FINE JEWELRY SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure a secure delivery, we ship all fine jewelry pieces via UPS with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. For international shipping inquiries and custom international shipping quotes, please reach out to our team at orders@setandstones.com.

REPAIRS
Although we strive for perfection, life isn’t perfect and neither are we! Repairs are covered (on us!) within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, a repair fee of $30 will apply. Shipping both ways included in the repair fee. Please allow up to three weeks for repairs.
